5. Don’t Forget Your Tongue

Next time you’re at the store, pick up a tongue scraper. Some tough brushes may even have a tongue scraper on the back of the brush. The ridged edge will help scrape the bacteria and debris off of your tongue. Using a tongue scraper is an excellent way to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
